Choking on Chicken?

Privately held Perdue Farms on Thursday recalled 230,700 pounds of cooked chicken breast strips due to possible underprocessing, the U.S. Agriculture Department said.

What the hell is underprocessing? My guess is that consuming underprocessed chicken results in underprocessed stool.

Why am I still up?

As the great Danny Glover once said, just before being blown sky high off a toilet, "I'm gettin' too old for this sh..." Why am I still awake? It's past midnight for god's sake! It's not like I'm single and without kids. It's not like I have a reason to be up this late. I don't have any parties to go to or come home from. I'm done drinking for the night. Clearly, if I had something interesting going on I wouldn't be sitting here writing a worthless blog entry. Yet here I am. Sitting. Writing.
