Short-Timer's Disease

I've got it bad. I put in my notice over a week ago now. I can barely stand it. I've got Short-Timer's Disease real bad. I just want tell everyone I don't give a shit that their projects are due next week. Hell, I won't even be here next week, beyotch! Oh, you have a deadline, do you? Tough shit asshole! I stopped caring about your deadlines months ago.

Short-Timer's is like professional Tourette's Syndrome. I can't control what I say and the most inappropriate outbursts are likely to come out of my mouth at the most inopportune times. I've just gotta survive two more days without burning all my bridges. Avoid meetings and interactions with the boss. That's the plan and I'm stickin' to it. Two more days and then, from the privacy of my car, while I watch the campus get smaller in my rear view... "FUCK Y'ALL!"

Macintosh Hacker Attacks on the Rise - Symantec

Why doesn't Reuters identify this 'article' as the press release that it really is? Still, I suppose it's evidence that the Mac platform may be gaining a little traction again. Just a little.

Incredibles DVD - Get it while you can!

Why does Disney insist on threatening us with every video release. Only for a limited time, they cry. Get it before it's too late! Well, it's getting a little old. Do they think we are sheep? That taking a DVD away will leave us consumers clammoring for more? Ooh, I better get to the store RIGHT NOW, before they run out! Please.

The sad truth is that this tactic must work because Disney's been doing it for years. I've had enough of your silly games and 'limited time' offers. All I can say is, screw you Disney!
